Kratom S Shipping Policy

Must be 21 years or older to purchase Kratom. Products are intended for external use only. The U.S. FDA has not approved Kratom as a dietary supplement. We do not ship to the following states, cities, or municipalities:

At SOL Kratom. we are dedicated to providing fast and secure delivery of your Kratom orders to customers across the United States. When you order from SOL Kratom, we strive to ship your order the same day if placed before 3 p.m. EST during regular business hours.

During these holidays, there may be delays in processing and shipping orders.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship your order promptly, Sol Kratom is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, policy changes, or other events beyond our control. Please be aware that national holidays or regional observances may result in shipping delays.

Shipping to Your Location

We may not be able to ship to certain cities or states due to local regulations. Before placing your order, please check the local laws in your area. If you experience any issues during checkout, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Order Cancellation and Transit Issues

Once your order is in transit, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately for assistance.

In the event of extreme delays (e.g., more than one week), or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will help investigate the issue.

Secure & Discreet Packaging

We prioritize your privacy and ensure all orders are shipped with discretion. Our packaging is designed to be secure, with no SOL Kratom or Kratom-related logos or mentions of “kratom” on the shipping label. Instead, the label will read: “SOL-K”

To minimize the risk of damage, all products are securely packaged by our Shipping Team, with extra tape applied when necessary.

Tracking Information

Each order placed through our website is assigned a tracking number. You will receive this tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

If you cannot locate your tracking number or need further assistance, please reach out to SOL Kratom Customer Support. We are happy to help.

Please note: our Customer Support team cannot track your package beyond the provided tracking information and cannot offer more specific delivery estimates.

Permitted and Restricted Shipping Destinations

Currently, SOL Kratom only ships to addresses within the United States. Due to local bans on Kratom, we cannot ship to the following states, cities, and counties:

Special Shipping Notes

While we do our best to accommodate any shipping requests, we do not accept changes to the delivery address once an order is placed.
